Who's in the Danish Netflix series?

A new Netflix series about a murderous nurse has dropped! The Danish thriller series The Nurse features a talented cast adapting a true story about a nurse who reportedly killed multiple patients during her tenure at the Nykøbing Falster Hospital.

The series is based on the book of the same name by Kristian Corfixen, which is based on the true story of Christian Aistrup and Pernille Kurzmann.

The Nurse stars Fanny Louise Bernth and Josephine Park as the lead characters in the series, Pernille Kurzmann and Christina Aistrup, respectively. Both Pernille and Christina are based on real people of the same name. The Nurse mainly uses Pernille’s real-life testimony against Christina as the basis for the script.

Fanny Louise Bernth is a 34-year-old actress from Copenhagen, Denmark. Bernth has appeared in Danish projects like the drama series Herrens veje, the 2017 film A Horrible Woman, and the crime thriller series Grow. You can follow her on Instagram@fannylouisebernth.
