Briana DeJesus Wants Her Sister Brittany to Adopt Her Daughter Stella

Sister, sister! Evidently, there’s only one person that Briana DeJesus would trust with her daughter Stella and it’s not her dad! She wants Brittany DeJesus to adopt her youngest.

Briana DeJesus has struggled with her coparenting relationship with Luis Hernandez since she gave birth to their daughter together in 2017.

In a new preview for Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, it looks like the MTV star is considering new options and wants her sister Brittany DeJesus to adopt Stella.

This is not the first time that Luis’s shortcomings as a father have come up this season.

In a recent episode, Briana asked her ex Devoin Austin to take Stella to a father-daughter dance along with their daughter together Nova.

Although Nova wanted to share the moment alone with her father, Briana was concerned that Luis would not show up at all for Stella. He has disappointed their daughter many times in the past, leading her to the point where she wants to have another parent involved.

The 29-year-old explained the heartbreaking situation to Brittany.

Briana recalled, “I’m in the car with them, and I’m explaining the whole situation to Stella and Nova, and Stella starts crying.”

At that point, she detailed, Stella was adamant that she wanted her father at the dance.

“So now I’m in a situation where a part of me doesn’t want to reach out to [Luis] because it’s f**k him, but the way Stella cried hurt my heart so bad that I have to suck it up, put my feelings aside, and reach out,” Briana detailed.

The mother of two did ultimately call Luis to attend the dance, which he did according to later social media posts.

However, Briana clearly has some concerns about his ability to show up as a father because she wants her sister to adopt Stella.
